Meeting facilities in the immediate vicinity of the wilderness

The 70 North office is located on Pulmankijärvi road in Nuorgam, right on the edge of the Kaldoaivi wilderness. In the yard of our premises there is a spacious parking area and direct access to nature.

In the premises completed in 2024, there is a meeting room, a kitchen, an equipment room, a washroom, and a toilet and a shower. From the lobby there is direct access to a covered terrace with beautiful views of the Kaldoaivi wilderness. The spacious lobby has space to organize meetings, workshops and trainings. The rooms have sofas and good lighting.

There is also a projector and screen in the conference room.

The surrounding nature offers plenty of activity opportunities all year round. Next to ​​the premises is our hut, where we also organize meals by open fire and coffee breaks.

Upon request, we organize meals and coffee breaks for different size groups according to your wishes. The premises also have a kitchen where you can cook for yourself.

A vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free version is available.

Additional services

From our accommodation options, our fully equipped cottages are suitable for groups. Tunturikelo, which is the closest to our office, offers accommodation for four, Kiepi for six persons is ​​700 meters away, and Karetörmä, also for six, is nine kilometers away on the banks of Tenojoki. The cottages have a sauna and either a jacuzzi or a hot tub.

We provide private car transfer if you stay in our cottage located further away or if you arrive by bus to the center of Nuorgam.

In addition to accommodation services, we organize guided activities all year round. In the summer we hike and paddle, in the winter we go snowshoeing, skiing and head deeper into Kaldoaivi’s winter nature on snowmobiles.

We customize fun group activities in the courtyard of our office for the wellbeing days. Whether your group wants fast-paced outdoor games or a quiet time on our porch, a nice day in the middle of nature is guaranteed.
